Terroirs on Urbanspoon

Square Meal

The label ‘wine bar’ doesn’t do this place justice. For me Terroirs wine bar is all about the food and the food speaks for itself. Each dish is perfection on a plate, just thinking about them makes my mouth water.

For a few years now there has been a real trend in London of restaurants focussing on small rustic dishes that are meant to be shared; think of Polppo, Bocca di Lupo, Barrafina, Opera Tavern, Dehesa, etc. All of the ones just mentioned are superb places (extremely good even), but for me Terroirs wine bar deserves to be on top (together with Opera Tavern).

The service and dishes at Terroirs wine bar are so consistently good and full of flavour that I find myself keep coming back for more. And the best thing of all is. it’s all reasonably priced at Terroirs wine bar.

One thing to be aware of, is that Terroirs is not open on Sunday, which is a real shame.

Overall rating of Terroirs: 9/10
