The Kitchin is a very good nose-to-tail restaurant in Edinburgh. I was seriously impressed by the cooking displayed at this quaint restaurant.
The Kitchin‘s location by the docks suits this restaurant, which has a nice atmosphere to it. There is a good selection of seasonal dishes and all dishes are well executed.
For me the dishes that stood out during my dinner at The Kitchin were the snails and bone marrow, New Haven lobster, lamb served for two and the lemon mousse with chocolate ice-cream.
The service at The Kitchin is very attentive without being overbearing.
The Kitchin is definitely worth a visit.
